Dr. Mack
Medical Director
Dr.Mack has had a lifelong passion for animals. Growing up in Granby, MA, she has always had horses and dogs. She attended Mount Holyoke College, and then continued on to Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University. She pursued veterinary medicine because of her passion for the human-animal bond and the desire to contribute to strengthening this bond with high quality medical care. She loves watching pets grow up in her care. Dr.Mack finds it very rewarding to see them grow, as well as developing a lifelong relationship with the pet and their owner. Her special interests are reproduction, brachycephalic medicine, and ultrasound. Her time outside of work is spent showing and breeding dogs, horses, and enjoying the small farm she shares with her wife.
Dr. Cyran
Veterinarian
Dr. Laura Cyran is a 2016 graduate of Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She earned her undergraduate degree from UMass Amherst. She has a love for feline medicine, wellness, and geriatric pets. She is passionate about educating pet owners about their pets’ care and working as a team with pet parents to make the best decisions for the health and happiness of their pets.
“One of my favorite parts about being a veterinarian is teaching pet owners about their pet’s needs so we can work together to provide the best care possible.”
Dr. Cyran enjoys spending her free time with her two children, three dogs, two cats, and her husband, Justin.
Dr. Joos

After graduation from Cornell University, where she completed both her veterinary and undergraduate degrees, Dr. Joos worked in Pittsburgh before moving to the Pioneer Valley. She practiced in western MA for 5 years before taking the plunge and purchasing her own practice in 2020.

Dr. Loretta
Associate Veterinarian
Growing up in Pennsylvania, Dr. Loretta has always loved animals since she was little. After getting their first family dog when she was in middle school, her step father told her that she should be a vet because of how much she loved that dog and the time she put in trying to train him. Ever since that point, the idea of being a vet never left. She chose to be a veterinarian because she loves being a part in helping to foster the human-animal relationship.
Dr.Loretta really enjoys preventative medicine and ultrasound. She went to University of Pennsylvania for undergraduate, and then onto Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University. Hiking, backpacking, cooking, and doing anything outside are her favorite ways to spend time off
