Dr. Joos

Dr. Joos' Bio

Growing up in upstate New York, Dr. Joos knew she wanted to be a vet from a young age and loved accompanying her mom when she took their Golden Retriever to the vet. After graduation from Cornell University, where she completed both her veterinary and undergraduate degrees, Dr. Joos worked in Pittsburgh before moving to the Pioneer Valley. She practiced in western Massachusetts for five years before taking the plunge and purchasing her own practice in 2020. Dr. Joos shares her family with her husband, two young children, and their furry family members, Maxie (Golden Retriever), Rizzo (Boston Terrier), as well as Luca & Percy (two medium-haired cats). In her free time, she loves cooking, gardening, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Dr. Mack' Bio
Dr Maryanne Mack is a 2016 graduate of the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University and completed her undergraduate education at Mount Holyoke College. Dr Mack has a passion for brachycephalic breeds, reproduction, behavior, and helping young dogs and cats grow up to be healthy, well adjusted companions. Dr. Mack breeds and shows some of the top Boston Terriers in the country. She lives with her partner, Haleigh, on their small farm with their Miniature Horses, Exotic Shorthair cats, guinea pigs, and many dogs.

Dr. Cyran


Dr. Cyran's Bio
Dr. Laura Cyran is a 2016 graduate of Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She earned her undergraduate degree from UMass Amherst. She has a love for feline medicine, wellness and geriatric pets. She is passionate about educating pet owners about their pets’ care and working as a team with pet parents to make the best decisions for the health and happiness of their pets.

“One of my favorite parts about being a veterinarian is teaching pet owners about their pet’s needs so we can work together to provide the best care possible.”

Dr. Cyran enjoys spending her free time with her two children, three dogs, two cats, and her husband, Justin.

Angela, CVPM

Practice Manager

Angela's Bio
Angela is our practice manager.  She came to us with 20 years of experience in the veterinary field and is excited to help grow our practice.  Angela earned her Certified Veterinary Practice Manager certificate in 2019.  She has many years of experience both as a technician and client service representative. 

Angela grew up in East Longmeadow and loves this area!  She currently resides in East Longmeadow with her husband, 3 dogs (General, Mae, and Max), and 2 cats (Oscar and Olive).  Angela loves all of our patients but has a special place in her heart for Pitties.  


Lead Customer Service Specialist
Ariel's Bio

Ariel is our Lead Customer Service Specialist. She joined us with several years of mixed practice experience; having spent the last 5 years working as a Technician at a small animal and exotic hospital in Connecticut. Ariel finds great joy in providing top-notch customer service, is always happy to lend a listening ear, and is always willing to offer an extra hand. When she’s not at work, she spends her time painting, drawing digitally, or spending time with her Husband and their cat, Toad

Hali's Bio
Hali is our newer team member. She loves this field and has a passion for caring for your animals as though they are her own. She has a special place in her heart for orange kitties. Hali spends her free time studying Science and taking care of her plants.

Mary has been a technician since 1973 and has been with Feeding Hills for the past 6 years. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her dogs, horses, and her 1981 Harley motorcycle.

Gabrielle's Bio
Gabrielle has been in the veterinary field for almost 10 years now. She is originally from New York. She loves all animals but has an affinity for handsome Pitties. Her favorite pastime activity is doing something outdoors or watching TV with her cats.

Lyndsay's Bio
Lyndsay started out 19 years ago volunteering at the local shelters. She comes to us with ER experience and is part of the Patriot Siberian Husky Rescue. Her family consists of 2 fluffy dogs, 2 geckos, and is a mother of 2. Lyndsay loves to foster and find a forever home for animals in need. She finds her career in the animal field challenging and rewarding!

Certified Veterinary Technician

Samantha's Bio
Samantha is a Certified Veterinary Technician with almost 5 years of experience. She has had a passion for the health and well-being of animals her whole life. She loves anesthesia and surgery. She has 3 dogs, 3 cats, and 1 perfect little snake. Outside of work, Sam’s favorite thing in the world is movies.
